It is a boutique corporate office building in the executive axis of Asuncion – Paraguay, with a privileged location and great accessibility, without losing the natural beauty, since its integral design also incorporates the mindfulness concept of incorporating the well-being and comfort of enjoying a space of dispersion without losing individual concentration and / or teamwork.
It arises in response to the prevailing need of the corporate market in Paraguay to respond to the intermediate business scale to satisfy and provide office space in the capital city.
The project will have a total buildable area of 9,500 m2, with 16 floors, office space of 3,582 m2, semi-floors of 150 and 254 m2, parking for more than 75 cars, and terrace amenities.
The building has a sky bar with panoramic views of the city, integrates the concept of green as another project material and in the back of the building there are meeting and conference rooms, from which they actively participate with the outdoor garden that was designed as a bamboo garden which contains paths that fork and in its path define outdoor areas for work, relationship or introspection that favor the development of work. Once the bamboo forest is finished, a lookout point was designed that offers a full view of the city of Asunción.
