Alvarez de Toledo Estudio y Asoc. was summoned by its trajectory, to intervene in a multifamily housing project in Caballito Norte.
Knowing the passion that Architect Fernando Alvarez de Toledo has for design, they turned to him to carry out the design and construction management.
With a satisfied client and the work progressing in a timely manner, we were also called upon to create the visual identity of the development. As is our DNA, we were able to provide global services to meet all of our client’s needs, which we did with our Oficina Oriental Aquetectura (O2 ARQ) business unit.
Working with the team from the search of a name for the project, colors, renderings, typographic family, presentation of ideas to investors, we arrived at the conceptualization of HGN. We conceptualized the branding, logos, applications, to the design of the project brochure and all those commercial stationery materials. All the materials required by the client and the real estate company for its commercialization.
We are currently working on the website and social media profiles of HGN.
